We provide website, marketing automation and Voice AI services for businesses. Specific deliverables, fees and timelines for any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement or proposal, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with it, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.

SMS program terms

Program: Global Synergy, LLC discovery call and appointment text messages.
What you will receive: messages about your request, including scheduling and appointment reminders. If you also opt in to marketing messages, you may receive promotional texts.

Disclaimers

The site and any information on it are provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific business results, such as revenue, rankings or lead volume.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Global Synergy will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. These limits do not apply to liability for fraud, gross negligence or willful misconduct, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Forsyth County, North Carolina, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
